Technology doesn’t clock out at 5:00 PM, and neither do I. With an off-hours support plan, you’ll have access to tech help during evenings and weekends when you need it most.
Availability:
Weekdays: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Response Time: 8–12 hour service level agreement, depending on the time of day, and the day of the week.*³
